How to attach parameter id in fields ?

When I googling this question, there are many question like this but the answer of this question I donn't get yet. So I'm try to change manual field and fill parameter id on attribute of data element with Z... And I'm getting error "Z.. Value not found on Table TPARA. Bingo .. so to add this parameter ID the value could be maintain on table TPARA, with tcode sm30 we can add parameter ID.
